Luke sits down with Mike Saunders, a teaching instructor at West Michigan Center for Arts & Technology, who helped his students produce the documentary Rhythm & Race: A History of African American Music in Grand Rapids. They discuss the rich history of African American music within Grand Rapids and what WMCAT students learned through the filming process.
 
The film will be re-released with new footage on May 10th at Celebration! Cinema North. Showtime is at 6:30 and admission are free.
